Project: Novel carriers at HF system for selective recovery of precious metal ions from waste sources



The main goal of the research was the application in a pseudo-emulsion based hollow fibre strip dispersion technique novel selective  and efficient complexing agents  as carriers of precious metals ions (Pd(II) and Pt(IV)), and for the separation of the platinum-group metals (PGMs) from leachate of waste catalytic converter

Project was co-financed by the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (Grant No PPN/BIL/2018/1/00200) and by the Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education (Grants No. 03/32/SBAD/0910)

PEHFSD studies were realized in the frame of Polish-Portuguese scientific and technological cooperation for the years 2019–2020, and was supported through the project UID/ECI/04028/2019 from the “Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia” (FCT, Portugal)
